Terms of Service
Last updated: June 4, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using pr2xml.com and the services offered by PR2XML, a tool developed by Creator Academy. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Service description
PR2XML is an online conversion tool that transforms Adobe Premiere Pro® project files (.prproj) into FCPXML files compatible with DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro. Analysis and preview run entirely in your browser; to generate the export, only your .prproj file (your edit metadata, never your media) is processed in memory on our servers, then discarded immediately.
2) User account
To access certain features (downloading the converted file, conversion history), you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
3) Pricing model
Analyzing your files is free. Downloading the converted FCPXML file requires a lifetime license (one-time payment). Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure payment provider. PR2XML does not store any banking information on its servers.
Once the license is purchased, access is permanent and unlimited - no subscription, no recurring fees.
4) Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without incurring any cost other than those provided by law.
PR2XML is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Article 16 m of EU Directive 2011/83/EU provides that the right of withdrawal is extinguished when the supply has begun at your express prior consent, and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Upon your first download of a converted file from your account, the application displays a dialog summarising this mechanism and asks you to tick a checkbox confirming that you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal. This checkbox constitutes the express consent required by article 16 m. As long as you have not downloaded any file, your right of withdrawal remains fully applicable.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email at support@pr2xml.com from the address associated with your account, before any download. In case of a refund, your license will be revoked and access to downloading converted files will be removed. The refund is issued on the payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
5) Intellectual property
The conversion algorithm, source code, and all elements constituting PR2XML are the exclusive property of Creator Academy. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Adobe Premiere Pro® is a registered trademark of Adobe Inc. PR2XML is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Adobe Inc.
6) Limitation of liability
PR2XML is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the conversion will be perfect for all types of Premiere Pro projects. Some effects or features specific to Premiere Pro may not transfer to other editing software.
In no event shall PR2XML or Creator Academy be liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our Services.
7) Personal data
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to this processing.
8) Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Creator Academy's registered office.
